Ms. Cindy Ann Sabb, age 59, of Long Island City, NY, formerly of Allendale, SC was born on May 15, 1954 to the late Curtis Harley, Sr. and the late Doris Sabb Harley.  Our Heavenly Father saw fit to call her from labor to reward on April 12, 2014 at the Margaret Tietz Nursing Center in Jamaica Hills, NY.

She attended the Public School system in Allendale, SC, and later transferred to Long Island City, NY.

She is preceded in death by a long time companion Tommy King, and one brother, Curtis Harley, Jr.  

She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters: Charmaine (James) Brunson of West Columbia, SC, and Patricia (Charles) Bridges of Brooklyn, NY; one son: Ronald (Nakeiya) Sabb of  Long Island City, NY; two brothers: Larry Harley of Brooklyn, NY, and  James (Daisy) Harley of Hampton, SC; two sisters: Betty Cave and Annie Mae (Arnell) Kearse of Allendale, SC; four aunts; two uncles; six grandchildren; special cousin, Roscoe Bellmon of Queens, NY, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and sympathizing friends.
