Mr. Jimmie Badger, age 64 was born in Allendale, SC on January 27, 1952 to the late Benjamin Badger, Sr. and the late Alean Dunbar Badger. 

At an early age, he sought God’s direction and guidance, and joined the Thankful.  Baptist Church in Martin, SC.  

Jimmie received his education at Allendale Fairfax High School in Allendale, SC. He served his country as a United States Marine for eight years. After leaving the military, he worked as a Truck Driver, picking up and delivering mail for many years.

"Jimmy” was a loving and kind person, and will be remembered for the love he had for his family, and friends.

He was married to his loving wife, Cheryl Owens-Badger for 35 years.

Besides his parents, and grandparents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Alicia Owens-Williams, one brother, Benjamin Badger, Jr, and one sister in law, Mary Lou Badger.

On Monday, March 14, 2016, our Heavenly Father called him from labor to reward at the Aiken Regional Medical Center in Aiken, SC.

Jimmie leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife, Cheryl Owens-Badger of Allendale, South Carolina; three grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Badger of Martin, SC; two brothers, James Badger of Martin, SC, and Lorenzo (Linda) Badger of Sylvania, GA; two sisters in law, Vanessa Badger of Martin, SC, and Betty Owens (Elmore) Stroman of Columbia, SC; four aunts, Bessie Odom of Elko, SC, Rosa Jackson of Philadelphia, PA, Minnie Edwards of Hallandale Beach, FL, and Mary Badger of Martin, SC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and sympathizing friends.
