I would like to express my condolences to the family. Because the death of a loved one can cause so much distress, we need reliable help and comfort. Jehovah, the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3,4), assures us that he is willing to help us. Isaiah 66:13a says: “As a mother comforts her son, so I will keep comforting you.” He also promise at Psalm 34:18;“Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.” May these scriptures help you to cope with your grief and sadness now and in the days ahead.
