Mr. Joe Amos Saxton, age 81, was born on March 1, 1936, to the late Namon Williams and the late Judy Mae Woodward Williams.

Our Heavenly Father called him from labor to reward in Allendale, SC.

A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 PM, Saturday, March 10, 2018, at the New Hope United Methodist Church in Seigling, SC, with words of comfort by Pastor Warren Murdock, Sr. The burial will follow in the Hayes Cemetery in Allendale, SC.

My condolences to the family. To lose a loved one in death is most distressing. Our loving heavenly father provides comfort in his word the Bible to help soothe the pain of grief and sadness. Psalm 34:18 says; Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit. Also the promise at Revelation 21:4 is very comforting. It states; And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.
