Mr. Leroy Smalls, Jr. aka, "Cookman" age 48, entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 01, 2018, at the Augusta University Hospital in Augusta, GA.

The visitation will be Friday, December 7, 2018, at the Dyches Funeral Home in Barnwell, SC from 4-7 PM.

The funeral will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, December 8, 2018, at the Union United Methodist Church in Kline, SC.  The burial will follow in the Hope Memorial Park in Barnwell, SC.
