Mrs. Betty Carter, age 82 of Barnwell, SC entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Orangeburg Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC.

The graveside service will be 3:00 PM Sunday, September 12, 2021, at the Hope Memorial Park in Barnwell SC.

The family will receive friends at the home located at 931 Allen St. in Barnwell, SC.  * A mask must be worn to enter!
