Mr. Andre Oneil Odom, age 34 was born on December 8, 1986, in Bamberg, SC to James Earl Odom, Sr. and Justine Smalls Clinton.

Andre was baptized at Friendship United Methodist Church at an early age. He participated in various children and youth activities including the Sunbeam Choir.

He was educated in the Public Schools of Bamberg County, SC. He was a skilled carpenter and hard worker. He was employed at Husqvarna Outdoor Products (Orangeburg, SC), Rockland Industries (Bamberg, SC), and most recently at Food Lion Warehouse (Elloree, SC).

Andre was a loving and kind person.  He was a devoted and caring father, and his greatest joy in life was his children. He had an incredible passion for softball and baseball and played for the Ehrhardt Trailblazers.  And all who knew him understood that his favorite NFL team was the San Francisco 49ers. He will be remembered for his vibrant personality, contagious smile, and loving spirit.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Our Heavenly Father saw fit to call him from labor to reward on May 2, 2021, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC.

He leaves to cherish his beautiful memory, four daughters, Ashlyn O. Odom, Amanda O. Odom, Katherine A. Jones, and Katelyn A. Jones all of Bamberg, SC; loving mother, Justine S. (Frankie) Clinton of Elloree, SC; loving father, James Earl (Lois) Odom, Sr. of North, SC; four brothers, Demarrel (Michelle) Odom of Elgin, SC, DeChaun (LaTasha) Odom of Columbia, SC, James Earl (Lakesha) Odom, Jr. of Orangeburg, SC, and Shavar James of Summerville, SC; three sisters, Kendra Clinton of Holly Hill, SC, Shawanna Plush of Duncan, SC, and Simone S. Odom of Aiken, SC; special friend, Grace Jones of Bamberg, SC, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
