REFLECTIONS OF LIFE

APRIL SANDERS was born on December 15, 1979, in Allendale County, South Carolina. She was the beloved daughter of Ivory Sanders Banks and the late Michael Banks. During the hours of Saturday, March 21, 2026, the gates of Heaven opened and welcomed April home. She made her permanent change of address from Earth to Heaven at Pruitt Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bamberg, South Carolina, at the age of 46.

April’s education was provided by teachers and mentors of the Allendale County public school system, and she graduated from Allendale-Fairfax High School.

Although April’s presence will be no more, she leaves loving memories that will remain in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death and is now resting with her beloved grandparents, great-grandparents, father, Michael Banks; one aunt, Debra Kearse, along with a host of other family members.

Those remaining to cherish her fond memories are her son, Jamal Allen of Allendale, SC; one daughter, Jasmyn Bostic of Allendale, SC; her mother, Ivory Sanders Banks; two brothers, Christopher Banks of Sandiego CA, and Cedric Banks of Lawrenceville, GA; one aunt, Brenda Sanders Lewis of Lakeland, FL; special friend, Angus Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loving friends.

April’s next destination is ETERNAL LIFE. We’ll all travel the same road she did, but the greatest moment of all will be when we meet her again! For now, GOODNIGHT APRIL, Your job is complete. You have earned your rest.
