Mrs. Maedell Mingo-Dowling, aka “Sing”, age 81, of Pennsylvania, formerly of Bamberg, SC, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Colonial Manor Nursing Home in York, PA.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, November 14, 2015, at the Rizer Chapel United Methodist Church in Ehrhardt, SC with Pastor Stanley B. Ritter Officiating. Burial will follow in the Church’s Cemetery.
