With heartfelt love and deep reverence, the family of Mrs. Rosa Lee Cave announces her peaceful transition from this life on July 15, 2026, at the age of 79.

Born on June 15, 1947, in Barnwell, South Carolina, Rosa Lee was the daughter of the late Jack Banks Sr. and Carrie Hay Banks. She was a lifelong resident of Barnwell County, where she built her life, her home, and her legacy.

Rosa Lee devoted many years as a Textile Worker with Hanes Brand, known for her steady hands, strong work ethic, and gentle spirit. She was educated in the Barnwell County School System, attending Butter High School, where she formed friendships and memories that lasted a lifetime.

For 56 beautiful years, she was united in marriage to her loving husband, Mayor William Cave, who stood faithfully by her side in life and now carries her memory with tenderness and strength.

She leaves behind a circle of family and friends who will forever cherish her kindness, her quiet strength, and the love she poured into every relationship. Her life was a testament to perseverance, devotion, and grace.

The visitation will take place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at B. F. Cave Funeral Home, located at 1521 Razor Road, Allendale, SC 29810.

A celebration of her life will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Union United Methodist Church, located at 145 Union Circle, Kline, SC.

A burial service will be held at Union Cemetery, where Rosa will be laid to rest alongside other family members she loved dearly.
