William Henry Bates, age 70, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC.

The visitation is scheduled for Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the B. F. Cave Funeral Home in Allendale, SC, from 3 – 5 PM.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the Union United Methodist Church in Kline, SC.  Burial will follow in the All Cemetery in Allendale, SC, with Military Honors.
